The Rejuvenation Programme
For those looking to make a life affirming difference to their health and lifestyle our rejuvenation programme takes a 360 degree approach when looking at an individuals quality of life. Alongside fitness and nutrition we’ll also explore sleep patterns, mindfulness, character strengths and how to flourish fully in everyday life. Once the programme has been completed we offer a free weekly consultation to ensure long- term success in behavioural change.
The 12 Week Rejuvenation Programme Includes:
Lifestyle evaluation and goal setting strategy - 90 Minutes
Personalised Nutrition Plan
1x weekly PT session - 1 hr
1x weekly review and progression meeting - 45 Minutes
Online support and guidance
* All bundle sessions to be taken within a 3 month time frame.
